Supermarket shelving units are typically taller to maximize storage space.

 

Material Requirements: The shelving unit should be made of sturdy and durable materials, typically using cold-rolled steel or stainless steel. These materials have good load-bearing capacity and corrosion resistance, capable of meeting the long-term, high-intensity usage requirements of supermarkets.

 

Load-Bearing Capacity Standards: The load-bearing capacity of shelving units is one of their key indicators. Supermarket shelving load-bearing standards are usually determined based on the type and weight of the goods displayed. Generally, medium-duty shelving units can bear 200-300 kg per shelf, while heavy-duty shelving units have even higher load-bearing capacity.
