I. Inspection of Bolt Tightening Conditions

VI. Upright Verticality Inspection

Check the verticality of the columns under no-load or load conditions.

Objective: Evaluate the vertical status of the columns to ensure the overall stability of the rack structure.

VII. Detection of Beam Deflection

Measuring the deflection of the crossbeam under load.

Objective: To understand the deformation of the crossbeam under load and ensure that its load-bearing capacity meets the requirements.

VIII. Shelf Safety Inspection Service

Coating weld inspection: Check whether the coating on the shelves is intact and whether the welds are firm to prevent corrosion and damage to the shelves due to coating peeling or weld cracking.

Fastener bolt inspection: Similar to the inspection of bolt fastening conditions, it further ensures the stability of the fastener bolts.

Safety accessory inspection: Check whether the safety accessories (such as safety nets, guardrails, etc.) on the shelves are complete and effective.

Floor settlement inspection: Evaluate the settlement of the floor where the shelves are located to prevent instability of the shelf structure due to floor settlement.

Relevant labels on the shelves: Check if the labels on the shelves are clear and accurate to facilitate management and use.

Stability of goods placement: Evaluate whether the goods are placed stably on the shelves to prevent safety hazards caused by goods toppling over.

Quality of pallets: Inspect whether the pallets are intact and if their load-bearing capacity meets the requirements to ensure their safe use on the shelves.
