Advantages Of Pallet Racks
Oct 02, 2026
Flexible access and wide applicability: Pallet racking uses an independent upright and beam structure, allowing independent access to each storage location. It supports both "First-In, First-Out" (FIFO) and "Last-In, First-Out" (FILO) modes to meet the storage needs of different goods (such as fast-moving consumer goods, electronic components, industrial parts, etc.).
Stable structure and high safety: The racking is made of high-strength steel, with beams and uprights connected by latches or bolts. It has a strong load-bearing capacity (typically 500~3000kg per storage location) and even stress distribution, making it less prone to deformation due to localized overload. Shelves, guardrails, and anti-collision posts can be added as needed to further improve operational safety and reduce the risk of goods falling or rack collisions.
Balance between space utilization and flexibility: The racking layout can be flexibly designed according to warehouse size and goods specifications. Aisle width can be adjusted according to forklift type (e.g., wider aisles are required for counterbalance forklifts, while narrow aisle forklifts can have their aisle width reduced), balancing space utilization and operational convenience.
High compatibility with goods and pallets. It is highly compatible with pallet specifications and goods dimensions, allowing goods of different weights and sizes to be stored together (as long as they do not exceed the single pallet location's load-bearing capacity). There is no need to strictly standardize the goods specifications, which can adapt to diverse storage needs.
